About Puur
Located near Hiltonia, Georgia, our water source showcases an incredible natural phenomenon. Our well taps into the Gordon Aquifer, where water is confined under pressure by a low-permeability clay layer. This natural pressurization filters the water as it passes through the elements, allowing us to draw crisp, clean water straight from the earth.

Puur Started Well Before You Think
The Gordon Aquifer, formed over hundreds of thousands of years is composed of layers of sand and limestone, is a critical water source in the region. It lies deep below the Earth's surface, between 300 to 400 feet, and is fed by recharge zones located miles away. The aquifer is kept under pressure by a confining clay layer, which ensures that when a well is drilled, the water rises naturally, sometimes even flowing above the land surface.
